This site, condomanual.com, is operated by the authors of The Florida Condominium Owner’s Manual. It exists to share information about the book and to let readers request a sample chapter and release updates by email.

What we collect. If you submit the signup form, we collect your email address. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are collected by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and operations. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic.

How we use it. Your email address is used to send the sample chapter, publication updates, and launch information about the book. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers. Form submissions are processed by Netlify. Email delivery may be handled by an email service provider on our behalf. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

Unsubscribing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, or you can reply to any message and ask to be removed. Removal requests are honored promptly.

Data retention. We keep list data only as long as it is useful for communicating about the book. You may request deletion of your information at any time by replying to any email from us.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
